In 2019, Todd was commissioned as the principle photographer for On The Roof of the Rocky Mountains / The Botanical Legacy of  Betty Ford Alpine Gardens to celebrate the inherent beauty, unexpected diversity, unique history and growing notoriety as the world's leading alpine botanical garden in Vail, Colorado.

Todd’s work on the 2-year project yielded a collection of over 400 images that continue to elevate the garden’s marketing, storytelling and fundraising efforts. In spring of 2022, the book won the highly-esteemed Foreword Indies 2021 Gold Award in the Nature category.
