In 2017, Todd was commissioned by Slifer, Smith and Frampton Real Estate to produce an extraordinary portfolio of the 20,000 acre Nottingham Ranch north of the Vail Valley. With an original listing price of $100 million, the marketing campaign demanded a relatively large collection of exceptional imagery that conveyed the property’s uniqueness and value. Todd’s photographs became the centerpiece of marketing material aimed at potential buyers who shared the family’s values of stewardship and traditional western ranching practices. Over the course of several months, Todd documented the ranch’s diverse landscapes and attributes from the land and the air.
